G. was born on 17 May 1909 in Warsaw, Poland.

Her parents were merchants.

She completed a Hebrew gymnasium.

In 1926 she went into the chorus in Warsaw's Skala Theatre.

In 1917 she performed as a soloist in "Azazel", and in 1928 acted in the Yiddish theatre in Lemberg.

Specialty: Soubrette.
