son Boris, student of class I of the school, for a fee waiver for his
participation in a flying training course.

and therefore is in poor material condition. This certificate has been
issued on Mr. Fiszer's request, in order to file it with Warsaw court of
law.

insurance institution of the city of Warsaw as an attachment to the Fiszer's
request for a deferment of payments.
