Louis Sirkin
 

 

S. was born in 1904 in Satanov, Podolia, into a business family.

He received a Jewish education.

Already in his early youth he was interested in theatrical productions.

In 1921 he came with his family to Canada and immediately was taken in as a professional prompter in the Yiddish theatre in Montreal, and he prompted for various Yiddish troupes in Canada and America.
