Chaya Landau
 

 

L. was born in 1886 in Blashki (Blaszki), Poland, to Chasidic parents.

Her stage career began in Minsk with M. Kh. Titelman, then she acted in Lodz with Zandberg under the name of Godlevitsh.

Later she toured with various itinerant troupes across Eastern and Western Europe.
