(?) Kores

According to the actor David Kessler in his memoirs, K. was [zeyger] a friend from Kishinev, and that Goldfaden had in Odessa (under the direction of Grudsky) staged his play "Di makabeyer" in which Mark Meyerson performed in the role of "Antiokhus", Aba Shoengold -- "Yehuda hamakabi", and Kessler -- "Yozef".

According to L. Dushman, he relates that the artist (fine artist?) Kryuger from Minsk. who had [beygevoynt] the productions of Goldfaden's troupe in Paris at the start of 1890, which Goldfaden had among his other plays also staged a play "Yehuda hamakabi".

As well Goldfaden didn't put that play onto the list of his own plays, so one must assume that it is the same play, which earlier was performed under the title "Di makabier".
