Asher Griminger
 

 

Born on 20 September 1892 in Lemberg, Galicia.

His parents were merchants.

He finished a folkshul.

In 1908 he debuted with "amateurs" as "Motye shtreykhl" in Gordin's "Khasye di yesoyme", and until 1917 acted with "amateurs", then became engaged as a character-comic by Gimpel in Lemberg where he acted for a number of years. In 1928 he guest-starred in Vienna.
