Chana Dashkevitsh
(Edelman)


D. was born in 1879 in Odessa, Ukraine.

Most of the time he used to act in the itinerant troupe of his father Wolf Edelman.

In 1920 he came to Rumania and acted for several years with Itsikl Goldenberg.

Due to a [halz]-cold, she retired from the stage.

D.'s sister acted while known as "Tamara" in a Russian opera theatre.
