Yosl Budeyski


B. was born in 1899 in Kishinev, Bessarabia.

He was very enamored with the Yiddish theatre. Most of the time he was a prompter, but also from time to time he  acted in episodic roles within the Bessarabia province. In 1923 he spent a season with Sarah Ettinger in Kishinev. In 1935 he was [acting] in the Czernowitz Yiddish theatre.

He went away during the Second World War to the Soviet Union, and in 1944 died in Middle Asia.
