M. Birnboym

He was the director of the Neyshats's Orphan's Home in Iasi, Romania

He wrote Yiddish songs and several plays that were performed on the Yiddish stage in Romania.

Several of his plays were" "Di Yidishe printsesin (The Jewish Princess)," drama, "Nikidimus un Chana," the historical operetta "R' Itsikl Shalom" -- an operetta, in which some criticized the Buhusher Chassidic Rabbi.
