Simeon Bekerman


B. composed for an entire range of small shund novels and story books, which were printed in the 1890s in Odessa, Vilna and Warsaw.

B. also released "Hadassah di khlutsh", a drama in four acts [,] written on the [art] of that of the writer Simeon Bekerman [,] Odessa, then 15 March 1884 [yohr nokh druk shtrenks far boten]. Printed by Y. Unterhendler, Warsaw St. Yorskye no. 24" [p. 122, 16°], on the title page of the same book, issued [printer?] Bhutsat Israel Rozomovski Mokher Sefarim Bbrditshub, is also the play "David velvilest kompat", and under the local name of the play that was staged.
