According to David Rogow, P. learned in Warsaw in the Yiddish dramatic school, performing for Dr. Michael Weichert.

He later acted in "Davke," and in other troupes in Vilna, where he perished at the hands of the Germans.

Sh. Katsherginski said in short:

"Young actor. In with the partisans. August 1943."
